Free Bookmarks

Libraries and bookstores give out bookmarks because they want to encourage literacy. And since I also want to encourage people to read, I thought I should put out my own series of booksmarks, so here you are.

I've tried to make these as user-friendly as possible, and at the same time leave you a lot of options. Each content file is single-sided, so that you can print one bookmark on the front and a different one on the back. Or you can leave one side blank or print something of your own creation. You can also download different colored backgrounds to jazz them up a bit.

These work best if you print them out on heavy paper, such as "card stock" or "index stock." These are hybrid file sizes, so they will work with both 8.5 x 11 or A4 paper. If you have colored paper, you can skip right to the content and get started.

Content

Each content file consists of two pages: the content, and a page of instructions. Remember when you are printing (especially if you are printing multiple copies at once) to set your printer to print only page one.

If you have ideas for new bookmarks, please let me know.

Note: These are low resolution backgrounds, so some banding is normal. I am working on high resolution backgrounds but for now they are not a priority.
